The Christmas Story is a traditional Nativity pageant based on Gospel passages from the King James Version of the Bible. The story unfolds through a series of narrated scenes linked by beautiful organ music and carols from an unseen choir. Close to 100 volunteers, including babies who take turns playing the role of baby Jesus, perform in one of two casts. ​ Tradition, community, innocence, trembling nerves, miracles and soaring choral music: this not-to-be-missed Nativity play is a calming antidote to a hectic season and a troubled world. It is a beautiful reminder that this is a season of blessings and new beginnings that we should all share with each other.
