Toronto Cider Festival will be once again creating an environment where Toronto’s vibrant community can kick back, relax and celebrate the end of summer with delicious ciders in hand! In 2018, we'll be bringing together over 100 kinds of cider from the best apple growing regions across Canada.

The Pan American Food & Music Festival (PAFMF) is Canada’s only annual festival that celebrates the Western Hemisphere’s rich diversity of cuisine, music and art. This free event that brings together Canada and the 40 other countries of North, Central and South America and the Caribbean is presented annually in Toronto to reinforce the city’s cultural diversity.

Concert begins at 7:30 p.m., with doors open at 5 p.m. During this weekly event, R&B and soul performer Sean Jones—accompanied by a seven–piece band and special guests—will perform live with hit songs and new classics. The concert takes place in Casa Loma’s Glass Pavilion, meaning audiences enjoy views of the city, stars, and estate gardens during the performance. Casa Loma also offers the option of dining while onsite, from full service dining to more casual service at the grab-and-go and gelato stands in the gardens.

Tuesday evenings June 5th – August 28th, Casa Loma will play host to the Toronto Concert Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Kerry Stratton, in the spectacular Glass Pavilion on the WestJet stage. Enjoy stunning views of the city, majestic castle and the beautiful estate gardens while listening to the Toronto Concert Orchestra under the stars. Guests also have an abundance of al fresco food and drink options while onsite. Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm (Doors at 5pm) Castle open late until 10pm on Tuesdays

Try out locally brewed, modern beer with our guests, Muddy York Brewing Co., in an amazing historic setting. Learn a little something about craft brewing in Toronto while sampling Victorian snack food. Ticket price includes a taste of four different beers and two 12 oz pulls.

Visit the Inn for fresh corn cooked in the outdoor bake oven, live music, children's activities and displays from west-end heritage organizations. Explore the newly restored museum on a guided tour. Don't forget your lawn chairs!

Wanderlust 108—The World’s Only Mindful Triathlon—brings the community together for a 5K run/walk, a dj-powered yoga session, and guided meditation in your local park. Following the triathlon, you can choose your own mindful adventure by enjoying bonus activities, perusing our Kula Market of local artisans, and stopping by Wanderlust’s True North Cafe for a healthy snack or lunch. From dancing with DJs on the main stage to trying something new like hooping and acroyoga, there’s plenty to do when you’re not on your mat. Nationally recognized teachers, speakers and musical talent are featured at each event to make for a fun-filled day.

Learn how to preserve the harvest at this hands-on workshop. Participate in the start to finish process of canning and preserving the Victorian way with the help of our 1860s wood stove. We will be canning a variety of savoury jams and vegetables for participants to sample and take home.

Back on popular demand, participants will make three different quick breads on the open hearth. This hands-on workshop is led by an experienced historic cook. Participants must be 12 or older.
